After more than thirty years of public service specializing in use of force training, investigations, and analysis; our founder sees a clear and present need to strengthen relationships between the public and sworn public servants. Performance-Critical exists to educate and guide administrators, investigators, trainers, and triers of fact toward scientifically informed and objective outcomes in critical incident policy, training, analysis, and adjudication. We do this by leveraging evidence-based strategies in adult learning and research-informed applications of HUMAN performance factors and biomechanics. All of this in a space where dogma often prevails over the state-of-the-art, and where over-simplified, under-informed, and emotion-driven conclusions are all too common. At Performance-Critical our mission is providing evidence-based critical incident investigation, analysis, and training in the interest of justice. This is a mission that we don't take lightly.
